Cookstown an Riverdale went head to head on a wet Saturday morning at Musa with some excellent football played by both teams, ,it was Riverdale who took the leed  on the  5th minute leaving Lee Brisbane in goals no chance however this only spurred  Cookstown on an they started to dominate possession in midfield with Harry Mckenzie an Aidan mcelhatton   playing some great combination play  an soon Cookstown levelled the score , the ball dropping to Harry Mckenzie who calmly slotted home , Mckenzie then made it 2-1 with a great finnish into the top corner of the net ,just before half time Lee Brisbane pulled of a great save diving at the feet of the incoming player who was sure to score however as a result he had to go off injured. Cookstown continued to dominate the second half playing some great football and the defence staying strong , Jay Wilson an Jake Donnelly combined down the left an Crossed in for Aidan mcelhatton who made no mistake , The youth were starting to enjoy themselves and Isaac kelso added a forth with a brave Finnish  , Riverdale had a few half chances but the back three of , Irwin, McCann an Parkes stood strong. Jake Donnelly sealed the win at the end with a long range effort and all the boys can be very proud of there performances in very tough playing conditions
